AIR SHOWER

The primary purpose of an air shower is to prevent contamination by removing dust and particles from the surface of people's clothing and bodies before they enter a clean or controlled environment.

The air shower typically consists of a chamber with walls and doors, and these walls and doors have a system that blows clean air to wash away contaminants, dust, and microorganisms from the outer surface of individuals as they enter. This helps maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the working area or the production space.

Air showers are commonly employed in industries and facilities that require high levels of cleanliness to ensure the quality of products or processes. They play a critical role in preventing the introduction of contaminants and maintaining a clean and controlled environment.

Product specification

Designed as a Cascade Airlock to prevent pressure dissipation and reduce cross-contamination of air from the two areas.

Design with Turbulent Air Flow with wind speed range from 25 m/sec, which suck the air back into the circulation within Pass Box through the grilles located at both sides.

A floor-standing cabinet, either at the level of the working area or elevated from the original floor, can be designed with an interior space sufficient for more than one person at a time. This design takes into consideration the convenience of usage during entry and exit, and it can effectively eliminate dust from clothes.

It can be designed the appropriate size according to the characteristics of the workspace.

Both sides within the Air shower is designed with arch grill ports with no sharpness, in order to prevent the users from harm during usage and for the ease of cleaning. The arch grill port also be designed to allow the air to be sucked back into the air circulation system.

The interior and exterior of the Dynamic Pass Box manufactured with grade 304 stainless steel or better.

The internal air blower head can be adjusted to change the airflow direction as needed.

The door can be designed as either a double door or a single door, and visibility to the other side can be achieved by installing transparent acrylic sheets with a extra thickness for user safety.

Installed with air tight rubbers and retractable door seals on the doors located at both sides of the box, to prevent the leakage of air.

Door Interlock System with light indicators to indicate the door operation. The doors can only be opened at one side at a time, not simultaneously; to reduce the cross-contamination of air from both spaces during the product exchanging process.

The air filtration of the Air shower designed with 2 steps of air filtration, with specifications as listed below

- The air within the Air shower filtered with Pre-filter of G4 grade or better, to extend the service life of the HEPA filter. The Pre-filter designed to be easily replaceable for maintenance.

- The Pre- filterd air filtered through a HEPA air filter with an efficiency of capturing airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, achieving a minimum of 99.995% filtration efficiency
